After the success of Rockstar's "GTA V," fans and game analysts are now worried that the developer's next project "Red Dead Redemption 2" will be marred by cheats prior to its release date.

Compared to "GTA Online," the game garnered enough popularity after cheats were released, hence the improved gameplay of "GTA V." This time around, in the case of "RDR2," it's possible that these cheats can be used to level up in the game, an unfair rule that makes it less enticing.

Phil Gaudette of RDR2 wrote "Back in 2010 Red Dead Redemption featured some pretty cheats which amounted to more than mere methods of acquiring an unfair advantage. You could use them to unlock outfits and one particular cheat "Beastmaster", turned animals into your bodyguards." That being said, the need for Rockstar to create a fairly useful "Red Dead Redemption 2" cheats that does not include unfair play could significantly help.

Meanwhile, The idea of a possible "Red Dead Redemption 2" PC mod came from a leak reported by RDR2.com. According to the website, when digital rights management Denuvo had technical issues on its website, the first leak that fans noticed is the apparent integration of a Rockstar game into PC. Looking through the latest scheduling, Rockstar's next game is the "Red Dead Redemption 2."

"There are a handful of good arguments to support a PC port. If we were to compare the ports of GTA 4 and GTA 5, massive strides forward can be noted, meaning Rockstar pumped a lot of cash into upgrading their PC development pipeline and structure."
