The OUKITEL U20 Plus smartphone has been unveiled for $119.99 (around Rs. 7726).
The OUKITEL U20 Plus has a 5.5-inch full high-definition IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display with a 2.5D screen, a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a pixel density of 401 ppi, and 16M colors. Under the hood, it is powered by a 64-bit quad-core MediaTek MTK6737T chipset clocked at a speed of 1.5 GHz and coupled with Mali T720 GPU on top.
The OUKITEL U20 Plus comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage that is further expandable up to a maximum of 32GB via microSD card slot. It runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box.
The OUKITEL U20 Plus features a 13-megapixel primary camera at the back accompanied with a 2-megapixel secondary camera with LED flash and an aperture of f/2.2. It also carries a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for better selfies and video chats for family and friends.
The OUKITEL U20 Plus can record videos in1080p at 30 frames per second. It is also equipped with a fingerprint scanner integrated to enhance more the security of the device. Other camera features are autofocus, geotagging, and high-definition resolution.
The OUKITEL U20 Plus is a dual SIM smartphone and also supports 4G Cat 4. Other connectivity options are the hotspot, GLONASS, Bluetooth v4.1, Wi-Fi Direct, GPS/A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 3.5mm audio jack, GPRS, EDGE, FM radio, and micro USB 2.0. Sensors include the light, magnetometer, proximity, and gravity.
The OUKITEL U20 Plus measures 154 x 77.5 x 8.5 mm in dimension with a weight of 195 grams. It packs a 3000 mAh Li-Ion (Lithium-Ion) battery enough for an entire day of usage. It is available in black and white color.
