The Huawei Honor V9 smartphone with a 5.7-inch quad high-definition display and a 6GB of RAM gets certified in the Chinese telecommunication equipment certification center (TENAA).
The Huawei Honor V9 is the latest device from the Chinese smartphone company Huawei with a model number DUK-TL30. It comes with flagship specifications accompanied with some high-end hardware.
The Huawei Honor V9 will be the successor of the Huawei Honor V8 that was unveiled last year. It has a 5.7-inch quad high-definition TFT display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. It runs on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat operating system out of the box.
The Huawei Honor V9 is powered by an octa-core chipset clocked at a speed of 2.4 GHz, which can be a Kirin 960 SoC from the company. It will come with a massive 6GB of RAM in a 32GB of internal storage that can be further expanded up to a maximum of 128GB via a microSD card slot on board.
The Huawei Honor V9 houses a dual rear camera setup on the rear with a 12-megapixel primary camera accompanied with a 2-megapixel secondary camera. It also carries an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for better video calling and selfies.
The Huawei Honor V9 is a 4G LTE variant with dual SIM support. It is packed with a 3900 mAh battery which is more than enough for a whole day of usage. Other connectivity options include VoLTE, infrared, GPS, USB, and Bluetooth.
The Huawei Honor V9 measures 157 x 77.5 x 6.97 mm in dimension with the weight of 184 grams. It is equipped with many sensors that are required for automation and a fingerprint scanner on the rear to provide the advanced security features in enhancing the security levels.
The Huawei Honor V9 is expected to be launched at the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2017. It will be available in gold only.
