Nokia is keeping up with the trend that didn't land on deaf ears. Soon after it introduced its upcoming Nokia 6 model, over 1.4 million interested consumers registered for the item. The number is incredible for something that hasn't been on the limelight for several years. Reports revealed that the number of registration surged to 250,000 on the first 24 hours after launching.
While the Nokia 6 model is still inferior to models like the iPhone 7 and Samsung Edge, it seem like the company is working hard on getting to that level. Looking through the new product, Nokia 6 is equipped with a 5.5-inch full HD display with the 2.5 Corning Gorilla Glass as surface protection. Interestingly, the unit will have a 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage. For people who need more storage, the Nokia 6's storage is expandable to 128GB via microSD.
The Nokia 6 OS will come out of the box carrying the Android Nougat 7.0 powered by a 3000mAH battery. Just like how the company wanted the Nokia 6 to get along with the trend, it is also equipped with a fingerprint scanner located at the home button of the unit. The camera boasts 16MP primary camera and an impressive 8MP secondary camera.
Currently, the Nokia 6 model is only available in China. However, HMD Global, the maker of the Nokia 6 model said that, India is an integral part of their market and may soon release the new model in the region. Currently priced at 1,699 Yuan, the Nokia 6 has a more or less equivalent to Rs 16,800 in India.
According to the Phone Arena on February 26, expect a flash sale of the Nokia 6 model, just like they did when the first set of units were introduced. For more news and update on how to get a hand on the all new Nokia 6 model, make sure to read us here on Telegiz.
