Google has not announced any details about the upcoming Google I/O 2017 event yet, but its developers have released a fun and interesting puzzle revealing when it will be held. The official Google Developers Twitter account has posted a link to several puzzles for the public to solve.

The link on the tweet directs one to a hidden site. By clicking Go, it brings one to a GitHub website where several coordinates for a jungle in Brazil will be seen. The following puzzle will take one to an unlisted YouTube video with a caption containing another set of coordinates. The third puzzle unveils a place in Warsaw, Poland while the fourth one shows a riddle, hidden in a corrupted photo that leads to Thailand. Finally, when all the puzzle pieces are available, one can start solving it.
By positioning the names of the countries in a certain way and adding and subtracting the value of the letters, the name "L IN E THEATRE SHORE AM PHI" would appear. It could mean Shoreline Amphitheatre, where the event was held last year. It is said to be a three-day event that will start on May 17 and end on May 19.
Last year, Google hosted the Google I/O 2016 event outdoors. The company is expected to have learned from its mistakes in the past and would implement a better system this year to avoid long queues not only for the seeing panel but also for the food stalls. It is still unknown what Google will announce this year aside from the confirmed new Android version.
