The Honor V9 smartphone is scheduled to be unveiled on Feb. 21 in Beijing, China.
The Honor V9 will be the successor of the high-end Honor V8 smartphone, which was launched in May last year in China. It will be officially launched at an event a week ahead of Mobile World Congress 2017.

Unlike the Honor 8, the Honor V9 houses a protruding dual lens rear camera. The rear camera includes two 12-megapixel sensors along with dual tone LED flash and hybrid laser autofocus. It is accompanied by an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies.
The Honor V9 comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage and possibly a 4GB RAM variant with lesser storage options. It is packed with a 3900 mAh battery that might support fast charging with the Huawei's SuperCharge technology.
