According to latest reports, Microsoft's Lumia 650 will be announced on February 1, 2016.

The device will be released shortly after the launch on February 1. It will debut in Europe first. The Lumia 650 will be launched in February in Germany via O2. Several reports suggest that the mobile carrier O2 will sell the device for $238 off contract.

Microsoft Lumia 650 is expected to feature a 5.0-inch screen with a resolution of 720 x 1,280 pixels. The device will have 1 GB of RAM and will be powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor, according to a BGR report.

The handset will run Windows 10 and is partially made out of metal. Several reports suggest that the Lumia 650 will have 8 GB of built-in storage space and microSD card slot.

The handset will have a 2,000 mAh battery. Furthermore, the handset is expected to have a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash.

Other features include a NFC, Wi-Fi calling, a dual SIM slot, HD Voice and Bluetooth 4.1. The handset will be available in matte black and matte white variations.

Please note that the tech company has not revealed any information about the Lumia 650.

Meanwhile, the Microsoft Lumia 950 is at present available for £390 in the United Kingdom. At present, Amazon UK is selling the Windows 10 device for £390. Moreover, other third party retailers such as Carphone Warehouse have listed the Lumia 950 for £399.99.

For starters, the smartphone was launched in October 2015. It has a 5.20-inch display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.

The Microsoft Lumia 950 has 3GB of RAM and is powered by 1.8GHz hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, Engadget reported. The handset packs 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded through a microSD card. Furthermore, the device has a 20-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies.  

The Microsoft Lumia 950, which weighs 150.00 grams, has a 3000mAh removable battery and runs Windows 10 Mobile. Connectivity options include 4G, 3G, FM, NFC, Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi. Sensors on the device include gyroscope, accelerometer, ambient light sensor and proximity sensor.
