DICE is now looking at the bugs and content considerations for "Star Wars: Battlefront 2." The next title in the series will be launched later this year for PS4, Xbox One, and PC platforms.

In a recent update, community manager Mat Everett had something to say about the current stage of the game. Everett revealed that the development team is closely paying attention to the bugs reported by players including gamers' content wishlist for "Star Wars: Battlefront 2."

He has responded to fans who are wondering if there are new projects being planned at DICE. He said that the support for the recent title is not over yet and assured fans that while there is no more content coming to "Star Wars: Battlefront," they have other plans in mind.

This confirms that there is no hope of new content for the current game and players may only expect support such as bug fixes, for instance. This was also confirmed via official EA Star Wars Twitter page. Replying to a fan's query, EA tweeted that as of this time, it has no plans of bringing new content to "Star Wars: Battlefront," PSU reported.

So, it looks like EA is now focused on moving on to their next project, "Star Wars Battlefront 2." The company has confirmed that they will address the issues and criticisms of the original title. Also in a tweet, EA made an announcement that the offline content will be expanded.

The game publisher promises that "Star Wars: Battlefront 2" will introduce avid "Star Wars" fans to more new locations and planets. Also, it will bring in additional playable heroes and characters from various timeline in the "Star Wars" universe, according to Express UK. In addition to that, EA further stated that the update would introduce a whole new way to play the game, including the new single-player campaign.

EA said that fans should expect more revelation about the "Star Wars: Battlefront 2" in the coming months.
