Rumors are doing the rounds that the tech giant Apple will reveal MacBook Pro 2016 during its Worldwide Developers Conference on June 13.
The new MacBook Pro will not be launched in March. The launch date shifted from March to June because the software company is including many new features.
The MacBook Pro 2016 will have Force Touch trackpads that will enable 3D touch capabilities. In addition, the 15-inch MacBook Pro 2016 model will have 16 GB of RAM and the 13-inch model will have 8 GB of RAM.
According to a Digital Trends report, the new device will have Intel's 6th-generation Skylake processors. Speculations are there that the processing speed of 13-inch MacBook Pro will go up from 2.7GHz entry-level processor to 2.8GHz or 2.9GHz.
Also, the 2016 MacBook Pro will have two USB C ports. However, it remains to be seen whether they will replace the Thunderbolt or 3.0 ports or not. According to many reports, the device will sport a retina display that will decrease the glare. The IPS technology of the new MacBook Pro will provide a 178-degree view of everything on the screen.
Furthermore, the 2016 MacBook Pro will deliver an additional hour of battery life. The cost of the upcoming MacBook Pros will be between $1,299 to $1,799.
Meanwhile, rumors has it that the MacBook Air 2016 will feature a retina display and a slimmer body. The laptop will be equipped with Intel's Skylake or Broadwell processor. Skylake processor offers faster performance and better graphics.
Speculations are also doing the rounds that the new MacBook Air will be solar powered. The laptop will come with solar charging capabilities. The device may come with a 15-inch or a 12-inch model. It will have Force Touch and Touch ID.
According to MacRumors, Cupertino-based Apple is at present selling cheaper refurbished versions of the MacBook.
The company has the 12-inch MacBook for sale in the refurbished section of the online store in the United States and in the United Kingdom.
Buyers can pick up a refurbished model for £889 or they can grab the 1.2GHz CPU model with 512GB of storage and 8GB of memory for £1,099. Furthermore, the refurbished base model is $1,099, and the 1.2GHz model is $1,359 in the US.
