Samsung will introduce the Galaxy S8 on March 29 but the actual release date of the device will not happen until 21. Reports from South Korea also indicated that preorders in select markets will commence April 10 but before the device rollout, Sammy fans may want to take a second look on juicy Galaxy S7 deals.

Samsung and Best Buy, according to BGR, are rushing to clear out stocks of the Galaxy S7 with one existing deal that offers combined saving and freebies of more than $500. The report said that as expected, the GS7 on Best Buy is now $100 less from the existing sticker price but the savings do not stop there as the retailer will also include a $100 gift card for every purchase.

And bundled free with the 2016 Android flagship, considered as the best that Samsung has delivered so far, are a 256GB Samsung microSD card and the original wireless charging accessory for the GS7, the two of which BGR said carry value of $310. Together with the Best Buy gift card and discount, buyers will realize savings that total to $510.

The GS7 in question can be activated on AT&T, Sprint and Verizon. Or as recommended by the same reports, buyers can opt to activate on Best Buy's partner service providers and then make the switch to T-Mobile. In doing so, customers will get the chance of taking home a second handset - the equally stunning iPhone 7.

But if the preference is the latest and greatest from Samsung this 2017 then surely the Galaxy S8 will not disappoint. As revealed in numerous leaks in the past days, the refresh will come in two models - the 5.8-inch GS8 and 6.2-inch Galaxy S8 Plus. Both will sport jaw-dropping screen profiles that leakers said Samsung will call Infinity Display, based on the report from South Korea's The Investor.

The handsets will boasts of Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 SoC as main engine and the latter can count on up to 4GB (or even 6GB as some rumors suggest) RAM support. The camera prowess is headlined by 12MP on rear and 8MP on front with the former to feature Dual Pixel lens.

And running the Galaxy S8 show right out of the box is the latest Android Nougat build.

As mentioned, the Galaxy S8 will become official before the end of March but the release date will not happen until a few weeks later or before the close of April 2017. Samsung is yet to disclose the starting price for the GS8 but it is believed to be a slight bump form the GS7 introductory tag.
