"Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" fans can now look forward to the release dates of the DLCs coming to the game as new information confirmed that there is a good reason for fans to buy the Season Pass for CyberConnect 2's latest dabble in the "Ultimate Ninja Storm" franchise.
A flyer from GameStop reportedly announced a few new perks that come with the Season Pass, as per ShonenGamez. Among these is the crucial fact that an exclusive Akatsuki Combination Ougi comes with the Season Pass. Not only that, fans can also access all the DLCs earlier than those non-Season Pass holders. This is great for those who want to play ahead of the pack and avoid spoilers of the game.
The first DLC is slated to arrive on March 1, but Season Pass holders will be able to play it as early as Feb. 23, which is a full week of play before everyone else. The same goes for the other two DLCs for "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4." DLC 2 arrives on March 29 for Season Pass holders and April 5 for non-Season Pass holders. Finally, the third DLC will debut on early access on April 26 and regular access on May 3.
Publisher Bandai Namco has also released a new trailer, this time featuring four characters, as sighted by Gematsu. These are father and son combo Naruto and Boruto Uzumaki, as well a father and daughter Sasuke and Sarada Uchiha.
The trailer, dubbed as "New vs. Old" sows how Naruto fights off against his son with some help from Sasuke. There are also shots wherein the young Sasuke goes head-on against his future daughter and takes a lot of hits with her kunai attack.
According to the developer, the fight is basically Team Konohamaru versus some of the members of Team 7. This creates a time paradox of sorts, considering how the members of Team 7 are still young.
"Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" is coming to the PS4, Xbox One and PC on Feb. 4. Preorders are still ongoing for those who want to get preorder bonuses like Sarada and Boruto, as well as other exclusive additions.
