"Dead Rising 4's" two new DLC packs are on the way in the near future. And now, Capcom has provided further details about what these packs consist of.
After outlining the highly awaited game's DLC prior to release, Microsoft just recently shared more about the upcoming Super Ultra Dead Rising 4 Mini Golf and Frank Rising packs. GameSpot details that Frank Rising is an all-new single-player story which covers the happenings of an outbreak in Willamette. It is also where Frank becomes infested. As he seeks for a cure, a former ally reckons him incurable. However, he finds help from an unexpected resource.
Frank will be gaining new abilities and strength along the way, though none of which were specified. He no longer eats food to stay alive; hence he is being forced to eat others to survive. Despite this, he still attempts on saving at least some survivors.
Frank Rising launches for both PC and Xbox One April 4 for $10 or being a part of the season pass. Following that is Super Ultra Dead Rising 4 Mini Golf. Microsoft only stated that they would launch it for both platforms soon for $10 or as a part of the season pass as well.
Courses are set in the Willamette Mall and the town itself, while Frank provides play-by-play players progress. There are various costumes, clubs, and balls to unlock. Also, there are power-ups in "Dead Rising 4's" mini Golf DLC which can help players kill zombies while getting the ball in the hole. Additionally, players can play on their own as there is local, turn-based co-op and four-player online multiplayer.
"Dead Rising 4" has been released for both Windows 10 and Xbox One in December, which was followed by a Steam release just recently. Lastly, at the end of January, a free update came which included a new content and a free trial version on Xbox One.
