The Samsung Galaxy S8 will reportedly be available at Best Buy next week.
Two Best Buy managers, one in Southern California and one in Chicago, have reportedly revealed that it will be available on the shelves of selected Best Buy locations in the United States. The Samsung Galaxy S8 will be available at the store starting Friday, March 31.
The managers did not say if the device would be the Galaxy S8 or the Galaxy S8 Plus. There are rumors that both devices will be available at Best Buy in the last week of March.
According to The Verge, the Samsung Galaxy S8 launch date is set for Thursday, March 29 in New York.
A Twitter user under the name of Ice Universe tweeted a picture of a device. He or she said that this is a Galaxy S8.
The image shows that there are three options for screen resolution; HD+ (1480 x 720), FHD+ (2220 x 1080), and QHD+ (2960 x 1440). The default resolution is QHD+.
Meanwhile, another Samsung Galaxy S8 leak shows off some details of the phone that the company has not revealed.
AndroidMX has revealed a few images of the Galaxy S8. It seems there's no much change compared to S7. However, it seems its launcher has been revamped.
The images also show some new details regarding the camera. One of the details is the quick access shortcut by pressing the power button twice.
In the camera UI, there is a yellow Bixby button. This button allows Samsung's digital assistant to identify objects in the real world, which said to be similar to Amazon's Fire Phone.
