Nvidia has finally released the GeForce GameReady 381.89 WHQL driver.
According to Anandtech, the latest driver from Nvidia contains several small fixes. Users can download the updated drivers through the Nvidia GeForce Experience download page.
Meanwhile, the Motley Fool has highlighted three things that fans can look forward to from Nvidia in the gaming segment.
First, Nintendo is set to manufacture eight million more units of the of Nintendo Switch, which is powered by Nvidia's processor. The company had initially said it plans to produce just eight million Switch units. The latest announcement means that the company would produce a total of 16 million Nintendo Switch units.
At the moment, Nvidia has a 70 percent share of the discrete GPU market. In fact, e-sports is reportedly a perfect marketing opportunity for Nvidia's GPUs since a lot of gaming tournaments are broadcasted to millions of users online through Alphabet's YouTube or Amazon's Twitch.
Experts believe that the Switch could sell at least 40 million units within the first four years of its release. Nvidia's e-sports and cloud gaming products and services are among the most-sought after offerings from the company.
