The world is currently celebrating Mother's Day and there are speculations implying that Pikachu's parents will join the gameplay as Niantec's way of joining the event. However, despite the claims coming about, there are no supporting details indicating the legacy and heritage of Pikachu of "Pokemon Go."
Given the rising assumptions, one thing is verified for "Pokemon Go." According to Express, "Pokemon Go" developer Niantic has revealed more about the Worldwide Bloom Grass Event and its a good news for Team Mystic since the members of the blue team caught the most Grass Pokemon during the short-lived event.
While that's a combined 290 million Grass-type Pokemon for the entirety of the event, it does seem low compared to the Water Festival, and fans caught a whopping 589 million Magikarp during the Water Festival, although that did last for a week for "Pokemon Go," reports the same post.
On the other hand, Comic Book mentioned possible strengths of the "Pokemon Go" characters and some have even given their bets. Raikou is one of the three Legendary Beasts, Legendary Pokemon that roamed the Johto region in Pokemon Gold and Silver and when Raikou goes live, it'll easily become the strongest Electric-type Pokemon in the game.
With a super-high Attack stat and strong Defense and Stamina stats for "Pokemon Go," the battle is just heating up. Also, there will be one Electric-Type Pokemon with an even higher Attack stat such as the Legendary bird Zapdos, who has a lower CP due to weaker Defense and Stamina, reports the same post.
With the upcoming characters and their powers revealed, everything remains uncertain for "Pokemon Go." As for the rumors regarding Pikachu's parents, all of it should be taken with a grain of salt in mind.
