"Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands" will receive its second expansion called "Fallen Ghosts" next week for season pass holders and in June for the rest of the players. The Ubisoft title now fell as fifth best-selling games last month.
The "Fallen Ghosts" DLC will feature 15 new missions, four new bosses and 25 weapons. Six of these weapons are exclusive ones, which include assaults rifles, sniper rifles and a crossbow that can be equipped with explosive arrows.
The new expansion for "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands" will also allow players to get more than ten exclusive legendary versions. In addition, level cap will also increase to 35, according to Ubisoft.
"Fallen Ghosts" is set after the main story of "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands" and a follow up mission to the events of the Santa Blanca Cartel operation. The Ghosts survive a helicopter crash and trapped in a jungle.
This time, a new faction called the Los Extranjeros is pursuing them who are better equipped and stronger, so players should play smart to survive. Along with the Los Extranjeros, there are four new bosses to deal with in the three different regions.
The new missions will test the players' combat skills team coordination skills. Eliminating lieutenants are necessary actions, as well as defending civilians and extracting VIPs before dealing with the bosses of each region.
The DLC 2 will also add new side missions distributed in the game's map. All the missions will unlock a final activity that gives players exclusive prizes upon completion.
The "Fallen Ghosts" arrives to the game next week following the release of first DLC called "Narco Road" last month. It takes players into the the deep Bolivian territories to infiltrate and eliminate three drug smuggling bosses, destroy their organizations, and take down their leader, El Invisible.
Meanwhile, "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands" was the best-selling game for March, beating "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" and "Horizon Zero Dawn". But it fell into the fifth slot of best-selling games last month, with "Mario Kat 8: Deluxe" on top, as per Gamespot.
"Fallen Ghosts" will arrive to "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands"for PS4, Xbox One and PC on May 30 for Season Pass owners. It will arrive on June 6 for everyone else.
