A standalone version of "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered" may soon be released. This standalone version of the game remains to be highly sought by gamers who are not all interested in space adventure being offered by "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare."
In retrospect, the current remastered version of the said game is only available as part of the "Infinite Warfare." It has long been rumored that such restriction for availability may soon be changed as a standalone version might be released.
The idea of a standalone version of the game has gain quite an interest from gamers worldwide. An increase of interest was then observed when Charlie Intel spotted a listing for a standalone release of "Modern Warfare Remastered" that was slated to come out on July 20, according to PC Gamer.
Activision declined to comment on such leak information. However, it was noticed that such listing was then quickly taken down without any sufficient explanation being offered.
Meanwhile, as of the current writing, another leak has been spotted online. Amazon Japan somehow confirmed the previously released detail on the listing spotted on Gamefly.
A definitive information from the site revealed that a "Modern Warfare Remastered" for PS4 would be released on June 20, according to Frag Hero. The Xbox One version for the said remastered game will then follow in the next month, July 20.
Although still unconfirmed, some gamers are delighted about the follow-up news. This recently released leak online somehow coincides with Activision anticipated announcement during Sony's E3 press conference this year.
Many believed that the "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered" standalone version will somehow help erase the negative feedback about the "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare." Priced at around $70 on the listing, such version will surely be a hit among gamers.
