Hideo Kojima is one of the best well-respected video game developer who established well-known games such as "Metal Gear", "Zone of Enders", "Boktai", and "Castlevania: Lords of Shadow," and the upcoming "Death Stranding."
The brawl between Konami and Hideo Kojima lingered even today. According to Crave, Konami terminated the contract because "it was too expensive" and stated that the game doesn't make any profit to share. He gets paid with the same amount but he spends the money without a purpose and some irregularities have been made just like delaying the project. He is spending the budget not necessarily. Konami further said that Hideo is just a "traditional Japanese Man".
Even though Konami and Hideo Kojima parted ways, the developer managed to pull through and delivered "Death Stranding to the world. Despite the upcoming game sensation, the game will not make an appearance for the upcoming E3. According to reports, in a post on Twitter, Kojima extending his apologies for the bad news and this comes after last year's E3, where Kojima first revealed the game's trailer (starring Norman Reedus), and at last year's VGAs, where a second trailer was debuted (which also included reveals of Mads Mikkelsen and Guillermo del Toro in the game).
As a consolation, Hideo would join everyone's favorite presenter, Geoff Keighley, on June 14th to discuss the game. And in typical Kojima fashion, he also included an image related to the game, but with no explanation, reports the same post.
As for the other rumors being linked to Hideo Kojima and Konami, everything should be taken with a grain of salt in mind.
