As "Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite" approaches its official release in September, a first look photo of Captain Marvel's alternate costume has been leaked online. It is further suggested that this DLC will be exclusive to Sony's PlayStation 4.
A pre-order page over Capcom's Japanese website has already shown the various packages with a list of items available for purchase for fans. One of the items listed is a new DLC costume for Captain Marvel labeled as Major Carol Danvers.
Based on the additional information provided on the page, the outfit is a PS4 exclusive item but there are no details indicated on how players can avail it. At the moment, it is yet uncertain wether this alternate costume of Captain Marvel will be a bonus for a pre-order of "Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite" and it is not known either if it will become available in the West.
Fans of Captain Marvel know that this alternate costume has reference to the original look of the character before she evolved as Captain Marvel. Otherwise known by her real name as Major Carol Danvers. she was first introduced as a member of the US Air Force in Marvel Super-Heroes #13 in 1968.
In more news, most recent leak posted on Reddit has once again break down the changes in the playable roster of "Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite" games, The data miners have uncovered the new lineup of fighters who will be featured in the latest entry to the series, which shows the changes from previous roster leak.
From Capcom's side is Arthur, Chris Redfield, Chun-Li, Dante, Firebrand, Frank West and Hunter (perhaps from Monster Hunter). The list of characters from Capcom game heroes also includes Jedah, Mega Man X, Mike Haggar, Morrigan Aensland, Nathan Spencer, Nemesis, Ryu, Sigma (DLC), Strider Hiryu and Zero.
From Marvel is Black Panther (DLC), Captain America, Captain Marvel, Doctor Strange, Dormammu, Gamora, Ghost Rider, Hawkeye, Hulk, Iron Man, Nova, Rocket Raccoon, Spider-Man, Thanos, Thor, Ultron, Venom, and Winter Soldier.
But it is noted that the list is not official and Capcom has yet to reveal the entire roster of "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite". The game will officially hit store shelves on Sep. 19 across PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC platforms.
