The Naruto game saga from Bandai Namco continues with "Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker" that is likely to arrive in 2018 since the game is reportedly 40% done. But while it's still a way to go before it officially launches, the game's major features have been recently revealed to create the hype among Naruto fans.
Mission Modes
The latest issue of Weekly Jump has confirmed that players will Mission Modes in "Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker". There will be different kinds of missions such as exploration, escort, annihilation and subjugation that will promote cooperative among gamers.
Character Classes
"Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker" will also feature four types of classes or styles to offer variety. In Versus Mode, tactics will vary based on the combination of styles of each character. Players can set up their respective teams from these combo styles such as Attack, Defense, Shoot and Heal.
It would be interesting to see how each of the players in the team gets to have a unique role like Naruto, for one, is obvious to be an attacker being an aggressive character while Sakura is a healer. But it is not easy to say who will fall under Shoot and Defend classes given the series' dynamic cast.
Massive Playable Roster
As the title "Naruto to Boruto" suggests, fans can expect a massive number of playable characters in the game's roster. Some of the fan-favorite characters from Naruto Shippuden series are already confirmed and players wish to see more Boruto characters that were not part of the Boruto expansion for "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4".
"Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker" is in development for PS4, Xbox One, and Windows PC. The game's release date is estimated to happen in 2018 but fans can first look forward to Ultimate Ninja Storm Legacy collection coming this fall.
