The Necromancer pack release date is now officially set on June 27, 2017 after the beta testing and long months of teasing the new update coming to "Diablo 3". The paid DLC is priced at $14.99 and there is a special edition available for those who still need to purchase the main game.
This special edition called Eternal Edition has an introductory price at $39.99 and will sell at $59.99 after promo period. The Necromancer pack will be live for download an hour or two after the maintenance break begins for patch 2.6.0.
