New "Dying Light" details will feature new patch updates for "The Following" expansion and a possible new zombie in its launch trailer.
Gaming fans have received a new patch 1.09 update for "Dying Light: The Following Enhanced Edition" today for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles as the game is set to launch this week starting on Feb. 9. The requirements for the download are atleast 8GB for the PS4 and 17GB for the Xbox One.
The update will allow users to test out the new game features within "Dying Light: The Following Enhanced Edition" such as Legend system, Nightmare difficulty, Bounties system, New Parkour moves, New Enemy Attacks and Behaviors and #DrinkForDLC content.
In addition, the patch 1.09 will also have numerous gameplay improvements like new NPC models, Enhance Facial Expressions, Improved Human Enemy A.I., Improved Volatile A.I., Greater Firearm variety, HUD and Video filter customization, Audio upgrades, Gameplay quality improvements, Console performance upgrades and Overall game look and feel improvements, GearNuke reported.
In other news, the launch trailer for "Dying Light: The Following Enhanced Edition" will likely feature a new zombie enemy unit.
According to IDigital Times, the 1:11 marker of the trailer features a masked person, possibly a member of the cult that Kyle Crane is tasked to investigate during the "The Following" Expansion.
It is unknown yet of these masked person is a new zombie monster or a new mutation that is yet to be introduced in the game.
"Dying Light: The Following Enhance Edition" will feature new weapons such as the crossbow and Dirty Buggies which players can customize and to ride around the dangerous terrains of Harran. New Bounty systems are introduced to give players a challenge within the game such as killing a specific number of zombies or climbing the tallest building and jump from it.
A new difficulty called "Nightmare mode" will feature longer night time and more vicious A.I. units that challenge the player's parkour moves and killer instincts.
"Dying Light: The Following Enhanced Edition" is currently available today at around $20, but gamers can download the expansion using the original game's season pass for $30.
