HTC One X9 and Sony Xperia XA are battling a fierce competition in the smartphones market, but the feature rich HTC One X9 outperforms Sony Xperia XA with its display and weight, and not to mention its availability in pink.
HTC One X9 is lighter but larger than the newly launched Sony Xperia XA, which weighs 197.4 grams and measures 143.6×66.8×7.9mm. While December 2015 launched HTC One X9 is just 170g but its dimensions exceed Sony Xperia XA and measures 153.9×75.9×8mm. HTC One X9, with metal design and smooth curves surely scores over the mattle plastic back Xperia XA.

According to comparisons at Phone Arena, a Mediatek MT6795 Helio X10 processor paired with octa-core Cortex A53 processor clocked at 2.2GHz powers the HTC One X9, while Sony Xperia XA has a Media MT6755 Helio P10 processor coupled with an octa-core Cortex A53 chipset clocked at 2GHz. Also, One X9 is packed with a PowerVRG6200 graphic card, while Xperia XA sports a Mali-T860MP2 graphic card.
With 13MP rear and 8MP front camera, Sony Xperia XA is a better choice when it comes to selfie maniacs as HTC One X9 has the same 13MP rear camera but sports weaker 5MP front camera. Remaining features more or less same for both the devices, including geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR and panorama. However, Sony Xperia XA has a dual LED flash.
HTC One X9 is a better device for those who are looking to travel more often with its 3000mAh battery, 700mAh more than Sony Xperia XA's 2300mAh battery.
