South Korean company Samsung has introduced the latest variant of its Samsung Galaxy Note 7 with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage in China.

According to Phone Arena, the new version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 comes with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. There are rumors that a version of the smartphone with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage will be released. However, this was not mentioned at all in the official presentation by the company.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset like the Chinese version of the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is also the same as the Note 7 that was released in the United States. It does not feature Samsung's Exynos solution. Instead, it has an Adreno 530 GPU.

The other specs are shared with the other models of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 that have been official in other countries. The smartphone costs 5988 yuan in China ($897/€799).

The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is currently in the pre-registration phase, GSM Arena reported. The company reportedly received about a million registrations in less than two hours. However, these registrations are not pre-orders. The device would become available in a flash sale in China on September 1.
