The new LYF Water 11 smartphone has been launched in India at $123 (around Rs. 8199).

According to Phone Radar, the LYF Water 11 comes with 4G support and would work with the Jio mobile network without any issues. It is a mid-ranged smartphone and has a well-rounded bezel, a solid metallic frame, and a sleek, stylish design.

The LYF Water 11 has a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and a pixel density of 294ppi. It is powered by a 64-bit quad-core MTK 6735A chipset. It comes with a 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32 GB via a microSD card.

The LYF Water 11 features a 13-megapixel camera at the back and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The camera features autofocus, video snapshot, digital zoom 4x (both rear and front), face detection, smile shot, gesture capture, multi-angle view mode, and auto-scene detection. It is also capable of 1080p video recording at 30 frames per second.

The connectivity options of the LYF Water 11 are Bluetooth 4.1, 3.5mm audio jack, GPS, 3G HSPA+, LTE Cat 4, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, micro-USB 2.0 port, USB OTG, and FM radio. The sensors include an ambient light sensor, an accelerometer, and proximity sensor.

The LYF Water 11 runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with pre-installed applications. It is packed with a 2100 mAh Li-Po battery that can deliver high-definition video payback for up to five hours, a talk time of around seven hours on 4G, an audio playback up to 18 hours, and standby time up to 300 hours.

The LYF Water 11 measures 141.5 x 70 x 71.3 mm and weighs 134.5 grams. It is available in only rose gold color. The device has been listed on the Indian mobile company LYF's site. It is expected to be available via offline stores like Reliance Digital and Digital Xpress, NDTV reported.
