The iPhone 7 would be available for pre-order on all Apple Stores in the United States, UK, and Australia on Friday - a day after the Cupertino tech giant unveiled its first water-resistant flagship phone.

The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus are available in black, jet black, gold, silver and rose gold color. The devices would be available in stores starting Sept. 16 and would be sold through major telco companies soon after. The 4.7-inch iPhone 7 with 32 GB storage is priced at $649 while the 128 GB and 256 GB variants cost $749 USD and $849 respectively.

According to The Verge, the iPhone 7 would run on the iOS 10 and feature a 12 MP rear camera with a 7 MP front snapper. The iPhone 7 Plus, on the other hand, would have two 12 MP cameras with telephoto and wide-angle capabilities. The next-gen iPhone comes with an A10 Fusion chip which works twice faster than its predecessor, the iPhone 6. It is also expected to have a longer battery life than all its predecessors. The iPhone 7 audio is said to be twice louder because of its new stereo speaker system. The earpods or Airpods can be used in the iPhone 7, but it also comes with a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

There is also the Lightning Audio + Charge Rockstar product that allows old headphones to be plugged into a 3.5 mm dongle which will then be plugged into a Lightning adapter that can be plugged into the iPhone 7. The latest Apple flagship phone has only one Lightning port for all a user's peripheral needs. The Belkin accessory costs $40 USD and would be available for purchase on Oct. 10.
