The Google Nexus 7 2016 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 are both expected to hit the market this year. But which is the better device?
Google remains tight-lipped about the upcoming Nexus 7 2016. The device is expected to come in two models: Pixel and Pixel XL. If rumors are true, Google will start taking pre-orders on the same day after it unveils the device on Oct. 4.
Another highly anticipated phone is the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 which remains a mystery as well. The device was expected to hit the market since June.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is likely to come with a curved-edged display and in two variants: an 8-inch and 9.7-inch display version with 4K technology and AMOLED panel. Meanwhile, the Google Nexus 7 is expected to feature a 7-inch display with AMOLED Quad panel. According to Techno Buffalo, the Nexus Pixel will have 2560 x 1440 pixels while the Pixel XL will have a 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 may feature an octa-core Exynos 8890 chipset or Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 with 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB or 64 GB of internal storage. On the other hand, the Google Nexus 7 2016 would sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 64 GB of internal storage and 4 GB of RAM.
The Galaxy Tab S3 is said to come with an 8 MP rear camera and 2 MP front snapper while the Nexus 7 may feature a 13 MP rear camera with advanced capabilities. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 may be priced at $420 USD. However, it is unclear how much the Google Nexus 7 2016 would cost.
