The Philips S653h smartphone has been unveiled in China.
The Philips S653h comes with a metal body with arc frame and Phi texture design at the back which gives a nice grip when hold and good texture visual combination. It has a 2.5D curved screen on the front, Phone Radar reported.
The Philips S653h has a 6.95 mm slim body and a sharp 5.5-inch full high-definition display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, 180-degree wide viewing angle, color gamut recognition rate, and a pixel density of 401 ppi.
According to The Mobile Indian, the Philips S653H is powered by an octa-core 64-bit MediaTek MT6755 Cortex A53 chipset clocked at a speed of 2.0 GHz and the Mali-T880 GPU. It runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with pre-loaded applications.
The Philips S653h features a 16-megapixel camera at the back with Samsung ISOCELL CMOS sensor and dual color temperature flash. It can record videos in 1080p at 30 frames per second. It has a 13-megapixel front-facing camera with Sony IMX258 sensor, 5-piece lens, anti-stray light interference, and f/2.2 aperture for amazing selfies and video chatting even in the low light conditions.
The Philips S653h supports dual SIM dual standby and offers 4G LTE networks which supports a speed of up to 150Mbps of downlink and 50Mbps of uplink. Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/A-GPS, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio jack, micro USB Type-C port, NFC support, and FM radio.
The Philips S653h comes with a 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of inbuilt storage which can be extended further up to 128 GB via a microSD card slot. It is packed with a 2250 mAh battery.
The Philips S653h is priced at $29.88 (1999 yuan) in China. It will be available in rose gold (Qixia powder) and platinum gold light color.
