The Sharp Z2 and MS1 smartphones have been unveiled with the price tags of $399 and $299 respectively.
The Sharp Z2 and Sharp MS1 are the two new devices from the Japan-based mobile manufacturer Sharp, Phone Radar reported. They midrange devices have little difference in their specifications.
On the one hand, the Sharp Z2 has a 5.5-inch full high-definition LTPS display. It is powered by a deca-core MT6797 (Dual-A72 2.3GHz + Quad-A53 2.0GHz + Quad-A53 1.4GHz). It runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box.
The Sharp Z2 comes with 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage that can be further expanded up to a maximum of 128 GB via microSD card. It is packed with a 3000 mAh battery. It measures 153 x 76 x 8.4 mm in dimension.
The Sharp Z2 features a 16-megapixel autofocus rear-facing camera with phase detection autofocus. It also carries an 8-megapixel f/1.8 82-degree wide angle front camera. It will be available in gold and silver color.
The Sharp Z2 is a dual SIM smartphone. Other connectivity options of the device are Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, A-GPS, and microUSB 2.0. Sensors include proximity sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, E-compass, and magnetic sensor.
On the other hand, the Sharp MS1 has 5.5-inch full high-definition LTPS display with curved 3D Corning Gorilla glass protection. It is powered by an octa-core MTK MT6753 Cortex-A53 chipset clocked at a speed of 1.3 GHz. It runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box.
According to Techgoondu, the Sharp MS1 comes with 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. It features a 13-megapixel 80-degree wide angle rear camera and also a 13-megapixel selfie camera on the front. It is packed with a 2600 mAh battery on the back.
The Sharp MS1 is a dual SIM smartphone with sensors like G-sensor, E-compass, a proximity sensor, and a magnetometer. Other connectivity options of the smartphone include Wi-Fi 802.11/a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS, and AGPS. It will be available in pink and white color.
The Sharp Z2 and Sharp MS1 are set to hit stores in Singapore from Oct. 29.
