HTC Bolt Hits at US Market, Sprint-Exclusive Smartphone Will Cost $599

HTC has launched a Sprint exclusive smartphone in the United States - HTC Bolt.

The Taiwanese electronics and smartphone manufacturer said that the newest flagship device would be available in Sprint stores as well as company's official online platform for the US market. Priced at $599, the latest HTC smartphone will soon be available in other markets.

The  HTC Bolt is Sprint's fastest handset device yet and the first to support network's LTW Plus three channel carrier aggregation. It is very much similar to recently launched HTC 10. However, HTC Bolt is around $100 cheaper than HTC 10.

HTC Bolt Specifications and Features

The new device from HTC sports a 5.5-inch Quad high definition super LCD (2560×1440 pixel resolution) along with a curved edge Corning Gorilla Glass screen. It has 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage and runs on the Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. It features a 16 megapixels rear camera and an eight megapixels front camera with ultra fast autofocus. The device comes with the HTC BoomSound Adaptive Audio and has a 3200 mAh battery.

"HTC Bolt introduces the world's first USB Type-C dual adaptive earphones that tailors sound to your ears' unique structure for a truly illuminating audio experience," HTC said. "The metal uni-body phone that combines sophisticated style with sound tuned to you. It's a dramatic evolution of our sculpted by light style that's also water, splash and dust resistant."
