Coca-Cola has created a "selfie bottle" that automatically takes pictures as you drink.
The bottle's camera located at the base activates whenever it is flipped by 70 degrees. All smiles since photos can be easily shared on social networking platforms like Snapchats, Facebook, and Instagram.

"Users tag themselves and their friends in photos on Coca-Cola's social media assets. It really does the trick and makes the partygoers more present and active during the event, knowing they can share their moments just by drinking," the makers of the device said.
This is not the first time that a company has sought to incorporate selfies into its products. In September last year, Cinnamon Toast Crunch allowed diners attach cameras to a "selfie spoon" as they enjoy their cereal meals. The said product sold out instantly especially since the company gave it away for free while customers only paid for the handling or shipping expense.
A recent study revealed that a millennial spends an average of one hour a week taking selfie totaling 25,700 self-photos in a lifetime. About 55 percent of millennials also post their pictures on social media platforms while 24 percent and nine percent of Generation X and Baby Boomers, respectively, share their selcas online.
The selfie bottle, which was developed by advertising agency Gefan, is only available in Israel for now. The agency has been associated with Coca-Cola for quite a long time, creating enticing gimmicks such as a "social robot" that allows users to be remotely present in the festival. The Gefan team is also known for solving business challenges.
The selfie bottle is part of Coca-Cola's Summer Love outdoor festival campaign. Customers outside of Israel may have to wait a little longer for an announcement of the release of the selfie bottle worldwide.
