There are speculations that the Samsung Galaxy S8 will not come with a dual-camera feature. There had been unconfirmed reports that the Galaxy S8 will sport two rear cameras; one with a resolution of 12 megapixels and another with 13 megapixels.
However, this was debunked by Weibo leakster Ice Universe, who has a good track record in terms of tips. The tipster said that the Galaxy S8 will have a single rear camera module, but a bigger model could boast of a rear dual camera setup.

Following Samsung's acquisition of Harman International Industries, it also would not be a surprise if the new Galaxy S8 comes with improved audio capabilities and connected car technologies.
There are rumors that Samsung will launch two models of the Galaxy S8 smartphone: one with a 2K 5.7-inch display and another with a 6.2-inch 4K screen called Galaxy S8 Plus. Both devices are expected to feature curved Super AMOLED displays but with no edge branding this time. The devices would have a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 with a pixel density of 806 pixels per inch (ppi).
The Samsung Galaxy S8 is expected to offer a 27 percent performance increase and a 40 percent reduction in power consumption. The device is said to sport an Exynos 8895 with ARM's new Mali-G71 for its GPU or the next-gen Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 processor. The phones will feature increased RAM for better virtual reality support.
The Galaxy S8 is expected to come with an intelligent AI assistant called Viv. It could also feature a touch-based power button and wireless charging technology. The Galaxy S8 is rumored to use 10nm chips with the VR technology as well.
The Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus are likely to be revealed at the Mobile World Congress 2017 on Feb. 27 in Barcelona, Spain.
