The software giant Google released Nexus 6P in October 2015. On the other hand, Cupertino-based Apple released iPhone 6s in September 2015.

Both Nexus 6P and iPhone 6s come in four colors each and both sport aluminium bodies. The Google Nexus 6P comes in gold, frost, graphite and aluminum. On the other hand, the iPhone 6s comes in silver, rose gold, gold and space grey.

The Nexus 6P has a better display. It sports a 5.7-inch screen with a resolution of  2560×1440 pixels, according to GSMArena. The iPhone 6s, on the other hand, features a 4.7-inch screen with a resolution of 1334×750 pixels. The Nexus 6P is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset and Adreno 430 GPU and the iPhone 6s packs an M9 motion coprocessor and A9 chip.

The Nexus 6P has 3GB of RAM while the iPhone 6s has 2 GB of RAM. The Nexus 6P offers 32 GB, 64 GB and 128GB storage options, whereas the iPhone 6s offers 16 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB storage options.   

The Nexus 6P has an 8MP front-facing camera and a 12.3MP rear-facing camera. On the other hand, the iPhone 6s has a 5MP front-facing camera and a 12MP rear-facing camera, Tech Times reported.

The Nexus 6P has a 3450 mAh battery, whereas the iPhone 6s has a 1715 mAh battery.

Furthermore, the iPhone 6s as well as the Nexus 6P support NFC, Bluetooth 4.2 and Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac. Both handsets use the faster and newer DDR4 RAM.

The Nexus device has some features not found on the Apple device. The Nexus 6P has a fingerprint sensor that is ready for Android Pay and other mobile payments.

However, the iPhone 6s can be used at Apple Pay only terminals. Google Nexus 6P has dual front-facing stereo speakers for good sound. 

In addition, the Nexus 6P uses the Type-C reversible microUSB port for faster data transfer and charging.  The Nexus 6P runs Android Marshmallow and will get the fastest upgrades when new versions come out. The 32GB model of Nexus 6P costs $500 and the 64GB model of Nexus 6P costs $550.

On the other hand, the iPhone 6S has Apple Pay and FaceTime video chat feature. The iOS runs efficiently and smoothly and is easy to use. The 16GB of the iPhone 6s costs $650, the 64GB model of the iPhone 6s costs $750 and the 128GB model costs $850.
