In his Facebook post, Zuckerberg said that he wants "to personally hear more of those voices this year." Zuckerberg has lived up to his yearly challenge for the past years by running, learning Mandarin, reading books, and building a personal AI.
Zuckerberg also wants Facebook to become a "town square," a place where common people gather together to state their case and settle matters in a legal and proper way, especially now that fake news and misinformation has become rampant.
Facebook engineers are dealing with the problem, and Zuckerberg seems to be happy about it. His "personal" approach to dealing with people, and his filing of documents asking the board of directors to allow him to work in the government despite keeping control of the social platform, has led people to think that he might be eyeing for a government position.
