The Nokia 6 smartphone has been launched by HMD Global as the company's first Android smartphone.
HMD Global has acquired exclusive rights to use the Nokia brand for the next 10 years. It is making its debut in the smartphone market by launching the Nokia 6 smartphone and will be launching more smartphones in the next few months.

The Nokia 6 comes with the high-quality unibody design and crafting, anodising, and polishing of the 6000 series Aluminum. It has a 5.5-inch full high-definition display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and 2.5D Gorilla Glass protection.
The Nokia 6 is powered by an octa-core 64-bit Snapdragon 430 chipset clocked at a speed of 1.4 GHz and coupled with Adreno 505 graphics processing unit. It runs on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat operating system out of the box with a customized user interface.
The Nokia 6 comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It is also equipped with dual amplifier speakers that have Dolby Atmos support and provides a 6dB sound output along with a regular amp to give higher voice, deeper bass, and unmatched clarity.
The Nokia 6 features a 16-megapixel camera at the back with an aperture of f/2.0, LED flash, and phase detection autofocus. It also comes with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with an aperture of f/2.0 and 84-degree wide-angle lens for selfies and video calls. It also has an exclusive camera user interface with features like automatic scene detection.
The Nokia 6 is packed with a 3000 mAh non-removable battery that can at least last a day of usage. The connectivity options of the smartphone include GPS, 3.5mm audio port, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1, USB OTG (on-the-go), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and microUSB 2.0 port.
The Nokia 6 is currently limited to the Chinese market at $245 (around Rs. 17,000 or 1699 yuan). It will be sold only through JD.com.
