LG and Samsung are reportedly planning to unveil bendable phones smartphone this year.
Venture Beat reported that both the companies are working on phones that users will be able to bend. These new smartphones could hit the market before the end of the year.

According to the Daily Mail, Samsung could launch its bendable smartphone in January 2018. This phone is said to have the ability to fold in two.
In 2016, Samsung secured a patent for a foldable phone. This foldable phone can be converted into a tablet by merely unfolding it.
LG is reported to be working on a similar smartphone. There are speculations that LG's bendable smartphone would hit the market in the later end of 2017.
The smartphone could have a flexible or secondary display that is activated when it is folded.
