With Apple's updates becoming more frequent, Techno Buffalo reported that the final release of the new beta (10.3) is expected in the not-so-distant future. Apple rolled out the first beta for iOS 10.2.1 last month and followed up with another update before the New Year.
While the beta does not bring any significant changes, Apple devices running on the iOS 10.2 launched on December 12 would start to notice notable new features. For one, the update introduces 70 new emojis. The update also brings a new "Preserve Settings" for the camera submenu for users who hate having to constantly fiddle with the camera settings every time they close the app.
The iOS 10.2 also jazzes users with a new pre-loaded TV app. The app pulls sources from iTunes and other streaming services such as Hulu and HBO Now. Also, various networks such as CBS, AMC, The CW, Starz, and Comedy Central are now available for watching.
Other minor changes integrated into the iOS 10.2 update includes new wallpapers and additional iMessage effects.
