Ford has revealed its 2018 Mustang a year ahead, and it appears to be a redesigned version of the pony car from 2015. Ford explained that the Mustang is the top sports car in the United States and worldwide. This time, the company is aiming to attract young and diverse customers.
The 2018 Mustang is reportedly designed to attract female buyers. It comes with a revamped exterior that is not only aesthetic but also aerodynamic as well. Ford North America Marketing Manager Corey Holter said that the car is equipped with a sleeker and lower hood with new LED headlights.

"Daily driver that you can go to a track with and have fun," Holter said.
Holter said that the car would aid fuel economy. Ford has retired the V6 and debuted the two-engine line up which sports a torquier version of the 2.3-liter turbocharged EcoBoost four-cylinder and a new 5.0-liter on GT. Both the GT and EcoBoost are extra powerful and the V8 engine has been completely reworked.
The 2018 Mustang is said to be more powerful than any Mustang GT because it comes with a dual-fuel, high-pressure direct injection and low-pressure port fuel injection. The new Mustang is the first to boast of 10-speed automatic transmission. Both the GT Mustang and EcoBoost Mustang will come with a 12-inch, customizable digital instrument cluster right above the steering wheel, with displays for sport, track, and normal mode.
Drivers can also alter suspension with steering options. The exhaust system sound can be adjusted in the GT model while both models will feature collision warning, distant alert, lane departure warning, and lane keeping assist. The pricing for both the GT and EcoBoost has not yet been revealed.
