D.Va "Overwatch" character overview trailer (YouTube)
D.Va is a such popular "Overwatch" character specially in South Korea and she just became a feminist group icon in that same country.
A feminist group in South Korea started waving flags bearing Dva's trademark bunny logo. The group calls themselves the National D.Va Association, and they aim to bring awareness to their "sexist" country.

According to a report from Polygon, the women empowerment group cited cases where women weren't treated fairly. One particular case was about a young female "Overwatch" player who was accused of cheating due to her impressive win record.
Movement calls for women to be treated fairly
A member of the feminist group believed that she was treated unjustly because people think "it's impossible" for women players to be that good. The young female player in question was eventually cleared from her cheating accusations.
However, members of the organization are willing to carry on with their movement. A member even explained that they will pursue their feminist efforts so that a character like D.Va "could actually appear" in the future.
The National D.Va Association hopes to use the character as means to draw in supporters. The group hopes that female gamers in South Korea can eventually compete equally with the male gaming populace.
The disappearing D.Va in Overwatch's recent update
In other D.Va related news, it looks like "Overwatch" players recently discovered a glitch involving D.Va. According to Kotaku, the glitch started appearing after this week's "Overwatch" patch.
The glitch in question transports D.Va out of her mech suit and into an out-of-bounds map area. This D.Va bug happens in 3v3 mode, specifically in the "Ecopoint Antarctica" map.
This particular match-breaking glitch sends the mech princess free-falling into the abyss. While some players are bothered by the glitch, others find the bug funny.
From being the poster-girl for a feminist movement to being involved in a major glitch, D.va's certainly the topic of discussion this week. Who knows what's next for the pro-gamer turned mech fighter that captured the hearts of fans.
