HTC Will Make Two Nexus Smartphones This Year
If reports are anything to go by, Taiwanese smartphone maker HTC will make two Nexus smartphones this year.
According to a Christian Today report, the search giant Google will launch two Nexus phones in 2016. Also, both the smartphones will be manufactured by HTC. In 2015, the tech company launched two Nexus smartphones - the Nexus 6P and the Nexus 5X.

Several reports suggest that one Nexus smartphone will have a 5-inch screen, whereas the other smartphone will have a 5.5-inch display.
HTC has codenamed the upcoming two Nexus smartphones as the T55 and T50. Google representatives have not confirmed these rumors, therefore, take this information with a grain of salt.
Over the years, Google has partnered with many manufacturers for the Nexus tablets and smartphones. In 2015, Google partnered with Huawei to launch the Nexus 6P, and in 2014, it partnered with Motorola to launch the Nexus 6.
Google has also partnered with electronics maker Samsung to launch the Nexus 10, Google Nexus and Nexus S and with LG to launch the Nexus 5X, the Nexus 5 and Nexus 4.
Meanwhile, according to new reports, the HTC Desire Eye smartphone will receive the Android Marshmallow update later this year. The HTC Desire Eye was launched in 2014.
In September 2015, HTC USA released a list of devices that will get the Android Marshmallow update. However, the Desire Eye was not mentioned in the list. At present, the device runs Android Lollipop with Sense 6.0 UI.
In another news, HTC may not reveal the One M10 at MWC. However, the Taiwanese company may hold an event for the smartphone in March 2016. The device should become available in April.
The company delayed the introduction of the HTC M10 after the management returned some prototypes to the design team.
According to reports, the HTC One M10 will feature a 3,000 mAh battery, Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 at the helm, a 23 MP rear-facing camera and a fingerprint scanner. Moreover, HTC One M10 will be IP68 certified for dust and water resistance.
It is expected that the HTC M10 will have a 5-inch display, according to an International Business Times report.
