Huawei is sending some love this upcoming Valentine's Day celebration as it is offering discounts on some products until Feb. 14. The company would also give a few lucky folks a chance to grab the Honor 5x smartphone for as low as $1.
The Honor website is slated to conduct a special flash sale events for the Honor 5X between Feb. 7 and 9. It will start at 1 p.m. Eastern Time. If you are willing to join the keyboard war, here's a quick lowdown of what you are fighting for. The Honor 5X is a 5.5-inch unit with a 1080p display. It runs on a 1.2 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor and is equipped with 2GB RAM and 16GB of onboard storage.
The Honor 5X boasts of a 13-megapixel rear shooter and 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It also has a finger scanner and a 3,000 mAh non-removable battery. It can handle a day of heavy usage on a single charge and 1.5 days if used moderately.
The phone has an internal storage of 16GB that can be expanded to 128 GB via a microSD card. It is a dual SIM smartphone, accepting both the micro-SIM and nano-SIM.
However, if you are not as fast enough as the first three winners, you could also get the Honor 6X and the Honor 8 with huge discounts and freebies. The Honor 6X is available for only $249.99 instead of the usual $289.98 with extra accessories like earphones, case, and a selfie stick for free.
You can also get a nearly $134 discount from the Honor 8 too. The price of the Honor 8 with 64GB has also been slashed off from the original $453.98 to $319.99 with a free case, selfie stick, and power cord.
