It has also been insinuated that Sony plans on countering the competition by strengthening its PS4 consoles. Details unveiled by Attackofthefanboy showed that since its just four months away from E3 2017  and Xbox head Phil Spencer said that the Xbox One will feature more diversity in its games and more first party titles in 2017.

According to the same post, the console business is built around exclusives, with each console maker wanting to draw in the largest crowd possible using exclusive games and a big part of this is the first party development process which pretty much guarantees that the final game will be an exclusive.

Meanwhile, additional reports from the Xbox Achievements site relayed that the promise of more diversity is also great to see, as the console market can sometimes get flooded with similar experiences such as shooters, action games, and the like can all be a lot of fun, but it seems like Spencer is confident that they have enough diversity and first party titles to cover the competition.

For any gamers, a better gaming experience and well-regulated consoles are among the top features. For the PS4 and the Xbox One, competition is always a factor that pushes them to new heights. As for the assumption of the PS4 platform getting outpaced by the Xbox One, everything should be taken with a grain of salt in mind.
