One of the first mission a player has to complete in “Sniper Elite 4” is finding a way to get to General Schmidt and taking him down. However, this isn’t going to be an easy task because he is one of the highest ranking officials in Germany in a World War 2 setting. So this article is all about guiding players how to efficiently kill the general and complete the mission.

Upon the start of the mission, players will be led to San Celini Island and will be asked to kill General Tobias Schmidt on the island and are currently leading the force. So the first thing a player must do is find a way to get near the target which is by finding a way to get inside the island.
On the way there, players will go through some German Infantry and officers that must be eliminated. The best way to reach the general is to go to the right side of the island where soldiers will encounter some soldiers but get to pass through the beach and tunnel.
As the player head closer to the general, they will have to do some sneaking, crawling and finding distractions to get through officers and patrols. From there, players just have to follow the path that leads to the right of the beach until they reach the stone tower. Climb the tower to have an advantage in scouting the village. With a bird’s eye view of the area, the player can easily see the enemies using their binoculars.
Once the player has a mark of the enemy, they can go down the tower and continue following the path. There will be several patrol guards along the way but an encounter is not necessary if the player can sneak out of the area. The general will be in the villa where the path leads and will be the place where the player will eliminate him.
The general is usually found in front of the house so players should use their binoculars to mark him and kill him as soon as the airplanes pass overhead. Players can head to his body to get some loots before completing the other missions.
