Now that "For Honor" is available for everyone to play, one of the most important things a player must learn is how to earn more steel in the game. Participate in Every Mode
The most common way to earn steel in the game is by participating in all the online modes. Each match completed is equivalent to a certain number of steels. And if players activate the daily orders every day, they can get more steels after each accomplishment. A player can enable up to three orders at a time and can add more after finishing one or swapping it with another order.
The game also has events and advanced practice mode that reward "For Honor" players with steel. If the players are patient and persistent, they can find as much as 2,000 steel in one go.
Play Solo
Another method to earn more steel in "For Honor" is to play solo campaigns. There are rewards hiding around the levels of the solo campaign which players need to find, usually hiding inside breakable items in the game like pots. To get the reward, just smash every pot, especially those with a white line, and pick up its contents. Most of the time, it will also have steel in it.
Purchase from the Online Store
Of course, the easiest way to earn more steel is to purchase it from the online market using real world money. In-game money can be bought in packages starting at $4.99 which is converted to 5,000 steel up to $99.99 in exchange of 150,000 steel. As seen in the conversion, the higher the package bought, the more steel the package will have.
