‘The Elder Scrolls Online’: Free Housing Update; Available Now in PS4, Xbox One

"The Elder Scrolls Online's" Homestead expansion has come out for PC last February 6. Just recently, the said expansion has arrived as well to PS4 and Xbox One.

Homestead expansion is a free add-on that lets its players buy all kinds of living spaces. What's more interesting is that they can customize their homes as well. Note that the homes in "The Elder Scrolls Online" are instanced. This means that players need not to compete with other plans to be able to secure a plot of land.

As per GameSpot, there are roughly 40 various options available in Homestead which players can finally call their own. It ranges from a small room at an inn to a huge manor estates that have wide outdoor areas. Players can even purchase an island. Moreover, each one is themed around one of "Elder Scrolls'" 10 races even though there are not any restrictions on who can purchase which one. It is worth noting that players can actually own more than one; however, they can only buy one of each type and that they will all be shared through the player's account.

HardcoreGamer details that players they can customize their homes with over 2,000 various pieces of furniture and decorations once they acquire their homes. Some of which include books, paintings, lights, chairs, beds, and a whole lot more. These items can be bought or crafted which can be put freely wherever they want. In addition, crafted items can then be sold to other players as well as most items can be bought with Crowns or gold.

What's more is that all players get to receive a free home once the update launches. It is by completing a tutorial quest. On the other hand, "The Elder Scrolls Online's" Morrowind expansion's official release date is on June 6, 2017. The new expansion is expected to see its players go back to the gigantic mushroom-stewn landscape of North-eastern Tamriel. The expansion is said to include the first new class since the game originally launched called Warden.
