Now that February is almost over, gamers are checking out the PS Plus free games coming this March or the lineup for its rival Xbox Live with Gold. While Microsoft has confirmed the free games it would offer to its subscribers next month, Sony is expected to announce its list of games on Feb. 28.

While waiting for the list, game pundits have been predicting what games will arrive as free grames for PlayStation Plus subscribers in March. Here's a quick review of each of these free games possibly coming for PS4, PS3, and PS Vita users, courtesy of PSU.
Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor
"The Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor" is a game inspired by the happenings of The Hobbit and The Lord of The Rings. In the game, players are deployed on a revenge mission that includes quests with rewards, a perilous journey, and tons of difficult objectives to achieve.
Killzone: Shadow Fall
"Killzone" is among the brand franchises of PS4 and this game has been perennially rumored to be coming to PS Plus as a free game. Hopefully, it would be this March. Launched back in 2013, it is aptly the right time it will hit Sony's subscription program and please its of loyal gamers.
Fat Princess Adventures
"Fat Princess Adventures" is the latest addition to the game series and suits co-op play for up to four friends. In this game, players can grab some loot, kill enemies, and beat the Bitter Queen.
Hotline Miami 2
Another highly anticipated game that could join the PS Plus free games for March 2017 is "Hotline Miami 2," which was launched in 2015. Its predecessor title was offered as free game or PS Plus subscribers in 2013.
On the other hand, Xbox Live Gold members will enjoy playing four new games for free in the month of March. The first in the lineup is "Layers of Fear," which will go free for the entire month. This game is sold at a regular price of $19.99.
"Evolve Ultimate Edition" can also be played for free from March 16 up to April 15. This first-person shooter title sells at a regular price of $49.99.
The Xbox 360 users, on the other hand, will enjoy the RPG first-person shooter "Borderlands 2" that sells at a normal price of $19.99. It goes out for free from March 1 through March 15. "Heavy Weapon," which costs $10, will be free from March 16 to 31, PC Gamer reported.
The PS Plus free games for March 2017 is expected to be officially revealed on February 28, 2017. In the meantime, watch the official trailer for Xbox Live with Gold free games for March 2017.
