ZTE Unveils Blade V8 Lite and Blade V8 Phones.
Chinese smartphone manufacturer ZTE Corp on Monday unveiled two new budget phones, Blade V8 Lite and Blade V8 Mini, at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. Both budget phones are part of ZTE's much successful blade series.
The ZTE Blade V8 Lite and Blade V8 Mini will be powered with latest Android 7.0 Nougat, but most of the other specifications are pretty ordinary, something that is typically expected from budget phones.

However, Blade V8 Mini deserves some praise for offering two rear cameras at a budget friendly price. These rear cameras will be 13- and 2-megapixels respectively, while the front facing camera will come with 5-megapixel resolution.
The Blade V8 Mini's other specifications inculde: Snapdragon 435 processor, 5-inch HD screen, 2GB RAM with 16GB storag and 2,800 mAh non-removable battery.
Coming to Blade V8 Lite specifications, then the major differentiating factor here is that it offers only single rear camera, but its internally memory comes with expandable option that can be expanded up to 128 GB.
The Blade V8 Lite's other specifications inculde: MediaTek 6750 processor, 8-megapixel rear-facing camera & 5-megapixel front-facing camera, 2GB RAM with 16GB storage and 2,500mAh non-removable battery.
There's also the all-important fingerprint sensor on the back of both the ZTE phones, a pretty worthy feature given that both are expected to be priced within affordable range.
Now coming to the critical issue of pricing, then ZTE has maintained a silence over price of both these mid-range phones. But it is pretty much confirmed that Blade V8 Mini and Blade V8 Lite will be initially launched in Asia Pacific and Europe region including Russia, Japan, and Germany.
Interestingly, the reports as of now suggest that the critical U.S market has been left by the Chinese company.
ZTE Blade V8 Lite and Blade V8 Mini would be a good buy, if they are priced very affordably, the features such as Android 7.0 Nougat and fingerprint sensor would be considered worth it by consumers. Not to mention especially the Blade V8 Mini's two rear cameras would turn out to be an enticing feature.
