Fallout 4 is an action-RPG video game created by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks.
"Fallout 4" will feature new mod tools for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, as well as Underwater and Combat Zone missions in the next DLC.
Several gaming fans have been wondering if "Fallout 4" could receive mod tools for the fourth generation consoles PlayStation 4 and Xbox One as Bethesda has been quiet about development when several rumors and speculations have reached gamers on the internet.

Bethesda's Vice President of Marketing and PR officer Pete Hines has been reading and answering to the gaming fans questions about the possible mods for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles, and even the first DLC for "Fallout 4", but he did not divulge any new information and answered that new updates will be coming soon, Gamingbolt reported.
However, it seems that Bethesda announced some new insight regarding the mod tools for the consoles as Hines tweeted an answer to a fan that would indicate that "Fallout 4" will indeed a have modkits for the consoles soon.
The "Fallout" game franchise has been famous for the use of different mod kits within the PC platforms and gaming fans have been clamoring for "Fallout 4" tools within the consoles as Bethesda stated that new information regarding new mod tools and the DLCs for the season pass will be announced in the early 2016, Gamerant reported.
So far, Bethesda has not shared what kind of content will be available in "Fallout 4's" first DLC or will come up into the season pass of the sequel
However, several rumors are making rounds that the many unused content for "Fallout 4" that were never made it in the game could be used as potential DLC update.
One of these is the underwater mission called "20 Leagues Under the Sea" where in players will discover a hidden Vault somewhere beneath the ocean and gamers will likely encounter mutated sea creatures such as the Genus Delphinues" and "Genus Carcharhinus".
Another unused content within "Fallout 4" is the Combat Zone as Bethesda intended to use as an "Arena" gimmick similar to "Elder Scrolls", before it was taken off the game. Gamers will likely face hordes of enemies in order to earn fight money in "Fallout 4".
Bethesda recently launched the patch 1.3 update, which contain several in-game fixes and software improvements that plagued gamers during quests and free-roaming.It said that the first DLC update could launch on March for the consoles and the PC.
"Fallout 4" is currently available in stores for the PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
