The launching of the Nintendo Switch this month is one of the most anticipated event in the gaming world. But as much as many consider its success, several issues also marred the almost perfect Switch console. After some few orders landed in the hands of players, so did the emergence of Switch defects, mainly related to the hardware components of the Nintendo Switch.

As the complaints increased, the company felt compelled to address the issue and Reggie Fils-Aime of Nintendo America step on the limelight. In an interview with Fils-Aime, which is featured on the Time, he said that the company is in its "fact finding" mode after the series of complaints came to light.
He also added that while the company is in the primary stages of launching the units, they appreciate the feedback from customers; it's their only source of investigation based on what is being reported.
Some of the few problems reported include a blue screen, lagging when the day one patch of "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" is downloaded and most recently, the nonperforming left Joy-Con stick that really alarmed fans. Despite the Joy-Con issues, Fils-Aime said, "The number [of Joy-Con replacement or repair requests received] is not significant, and is consistent with what we've seen for any new hardware we have launched."
Fils-Aime of Nintendo America continues to urge fans to give their feedback about the Nintendo Switch problems. This way they can properly identify the parts of the Switch that need attention and update. As for the stocks of the Nintendo Switch, he said that they have not been in full production of Switch as they hoped to be; he pleads for understanding that ordering the Switch will have to be on the pure availability of stocks; no promises.
