Cities: Skylines - "Mass Transit"
The city-building game "Cities: Skylines" has sold more than 3.5 million copies within two years since its release in March 10, 2015 by publisher Paradox Interactive. The single player video game hit the outstanding milestone on its second anniversary providing players with some free DLC.

According to Gamasutra, the city design and management sim sold 250,000 in just a day and it reached one million within two months. For years, "Cities: Skylines" developer Colossal Oder has an active modding community as well as DLCs, whether free or paid, that kept the interest of gamers.
Colossal Order CEO Mariina Hallikainen said in a press release that "Cities: Skylines" is what they dreamt about for years and it is inspiring and rewarding for them seeing the numbers of people who want the game.
She also said that the game has changed the lives of the team at Colossal Order. "Cities: Skylines" CEO gave her deep appreciation and thankfulness to all the players of the game.
Meanwhile, Polygon reported that there are three new buildings introduced in the free content "Pearls From the East." The building pack includes the Chinese Temple, the Panda Zoo, and the Shanghai Pearl Tower. Paradox said that the new free DLC will be made available soon.
"Cities: Skylines" was originally launched for PC and at the time of its launch, it has been considered as the fastest selling title by Paradox Interactive. Up to now, the game is still a strong asset for them given the DLC and expansions provided for players. The Xbox One version of the game is said to be launched this year.
